When possible, we key enter your data from images of your documents. This allows you to retain electronic copies of your actual paper documents and reduces physical paper flow. Keying from image provides an extra measure of control that guarantees the security of your documents from beginning to end of the process.
OCR Technology
We realize that the fastest way to capture your data may not be via our standard key entry/verify process. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology allows us to scan your documents and extract your data directly from its source. OCR can be a complete alternative to key entry or it can be used in a key entry / OCR hybrid solution.
Barcode and Patchcode Recognition
You may already code your documents with barcodes or patchcodes. With the latest technology, we can read over 20 internationally recognized barcode and patchcode formats and use those barcodes to index your documents.
Handwritten
Are all of your archived documents handwritten? Our staff is experienced in deciphering handwritten data and ensuring its accuracy. We can process all of your handwritten documents, from a complete conversion of historical archives to customer response cards, or any other handwritten document. |
